Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Melt butter
Mix sugar and butter together
4. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs into the mixture
5. Leave bow aside and in another bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder
6. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
7. Pour in the milk while mixing ingredients together
8. Fill cupcake liner 2/4-3/4 of the way
9. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes
10. When done take out and enjoy or let cool if the cupcakes will be frosted or iced.
Meant for 12 cupcakes
